The company has both direct sales (in France, the US, Germany and UK) and distribution network in more than 50 countries worldwide. Job description: Your task will be to develop and maintain our ultrasound system’s imaging modes as well as define and imagine new innovative modes. Those tasks include the development of new acquisition, treatment and display methods of ultrasound signals. You will be in the heart of the conception of the ultrasound system, interacting with system, electronic, mechanical and software engineers as well as a close relationship with product management, marketing, clinical marketing and production teams. You will also be in charge of the optimization of some clinical applications and image quality management. Key tasks: - Develop and implement imaging and signal treatment algorithms for ultrasound systems.- Be part of clinical evaluations (internal and external) of new technologies and optimize imaging modes.- Integrate ultrasound probe on systems.- Design new modes or innovative processing for the ultrasound systems.- Manage quality aspects linked to your responsibilities.- Support marketing dept. regarding technical aspects.- Attend conferences, contribute to publications and visit medical sites to maintain or improve your knowledge on medical ultrasound. Requirements: You have a strong theoretical knowledge and you like to experiment. You are capable of initiating product development studies and suggest new areas of research. With a high level of education, you have a degree in Engineering/Master in sciences degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical engineering or equivalent.
